New schedule

Published by Nathan Powell on May 11, 2008 06:23 pm under running

I am going to take it easy for the next two weeks.

I have posted my new schedule so the 3 people on the planet that care can take a look.

Next week is all on the bike. I am hoping that the bike doesn’t totally kill my calf and that I can use it as much as I would like. The following week I am following some advice from Bill and running some super low mileage.

I might add a 1 mile day to next week, but only if I am running pain free. Now, wtf is my advil.

if it makes you feel any better i have been hurt since LVHM. Last week I took 4 whole days off of running then went for a short 3 mile run and couldn’t walk the next day. I haven’t run more than probably 15 miles since that race day. Being injured sucks but it is part of running unfortunately.

    Hey rhigdon,

I do think it sucks as well. However I am not 100% this has to be part of running. I mean, maybe it does, but I also think there are ways to keep yourself healthy. I plan to find out :)

And if it is part of running, oh well, it beats the hell out of television any day of the week.
