Training Log 12.29.07
Hit the gym this morning for some bike riding and chest and biceps work.
Not much to report. The hip hurt pretty good this morning so I swallowed some advil and went to town.
40 minutes on the bike burned about 350 calories.

Biceps:
Concentration Curls: 20/15, 20/12, 20/12
Bent Bar Curls: 35/15, 35/12, 35/12
Standing Cable Curls: 25/15, 25/15, 25/15
Abs: I didn’t do much for abs, I did some hanging knee raises but only a few. My abs are very sore today
Stretching: The usual figure 4 and another one I don’t know the name of. :)
I have some strange Canadian weights that are rated in these things called kilos, so I’ve been curling 28.6 pounds in two hands. I’m up to 65 reps at a time, which seems to get it out of the way. My goal is to get my arms large enough that people wonder what’s wrong with me when they look at the rest of my scrawny body.
I think I’ll keep adding weight to keep the reps down, since reps are boring and weight is fun.
