C25K: Week 5 Day 2

All done with Week 5 Day 2. Not bad at all. 5 minute warm up walk. Then 8 minutes running, 5 minutes walking 8 minutes running.

Next is the test. 5 minute warm up walk then 20 minutes of running. Here goes nothing.

    Hey thanks Josiah. Halfway through todays workout was exactly half way through the whole thing, I was feeling pretty good to be crossing the midway point.

    Take W5D3 nice and slow and you’ll finish it without a problem! YOU CAN DO IT! :)
