Scarborough Country

Published by Nathan Powell on November 2, 2006 09:49 pm under computers

I was watching Scarborough Country tonite. They had a piece on Jon Stewart. Basically they were asking the question of weather or not The Daily Show as left of center.

They of course had a Lefty and a Righty on there to debate the issue. The Righty was laughable. He kept saying that Stewart would lose his audience if he kept pushing his liberal agenda. I fully expect, and look forward to, the skewering of the left if they take the House and/or Senate.

In fact if you can watch The Daily Show today and not see the bipartisen laughs, you are the one projecting your politics on the screen.

Nathan, righties doesn’t have a sense of humor - you know that :-) And what is up with this “I was watching Scarborough Country…” - in our household, SC is on for aprox 3 minutes - because I sometimes forget to change the channel after Countdown/Olbermann. After 3 minutes my wife normally has had enough of my whining and complaining :-) Oh and I guess you’re following the breaking news about Dubya’s spiritual leader Ted Haggard ? Damn, how do you spell hypocritical again ?

Funny you should say that, I record Countdown and always get a few seconds of SC at the end. It just so happened I was finished with my cache of recordings so I decided to flip around. I saw SC was on and figured what the heck. Well now I know :)

Oh, and as for Ted Haggard…he’s a man of god, so I have to think that he’s telling the truth. He only BOUGHT meth, and got a massage from a male prostitute, he didn’t ingest the dope or commit sodomy :) (uh huh).
